The 63-year-old comedian shared a raw Instagram post, expressing love and heartbreak as her daughter faces a difficult future behind bars.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"808\">Chelsea, one of O\u2019Donnell\u2019s five children, has struggled with addiction and legal troubles. Between September and December 2024, she was arrested three times in Wisconsin on multiple felony charges, including child neglect and meth possession.
