Their son, 32-year-old Nick Reiner, has been arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder; he may face the death penalty and is being held without bail.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"880\">In response, Michelle Obama condemned Donald Trump\u2019s remarks calling Rob \u201cderanged,\u201d saying the couple cared deeply about family, fairness, and their country.
