The leading star shared images through her Instagram on Friday, where she stood with the help of a walker. \u2018Since my surfing injury back in the day, my L5 is just killing me,\u2019- she mentioned in the picture. \u2018Today, I got a laminectomy! It\u2019s short recovery and when I am feeling better, I will buy a bra!\u2019- she chuckled.<\/p>\n

As per the Mayo Clinic, this procedure is the name given to a surgical procedure to relieve pressure on the nerves by removing the arched back piece of the vertebrae.<\/p>\n

The star seemed to be in great spirits following her procedure as she also shared a funny anecdote from her hospital bed through Instagram Stories.<\/p>\n
