The legendary director was said to have refused to work with Ben Affleck following a wild pool party incident during the early 2000s. Director Mike Bender shared the details during a podcast, where he mentioned how Spielberg tanked a potential collaboration after holding a personal grudge against Ben.<\/p>\n

The incident is believed to have stemmed from what he called a very awkward encounter involving one of Spielberg’s kids.<\/p>\n

Binder mentioned how it all started when he was developing the movie dubbed ‘Man about Town,’ and Spielberg expressed interest in directing this same project.<\/p>\n
