Will Smith was accused of sexual harassment by Brian King Joseph in a shocking new lawsuit that was filed in Los Angeles, just before the new year.<\/p>\n

Joseph, who happens to be a professional violinist, alleged that Smith was deliberately grooming and priming Mr. Joseph for further sexual exploitation.<\/p>\n

After his first performance with Smith in December of 2024, the singer allegedly hired him to join his Based on a True Story Tour.<\/p>\n

The violinist says that their relationship grew even closer after Smith offered him a chance to play on several tracks of the rapper’s new and upcoming album.<\/p>\n

The duo was believed to have gotten closer and even started to spend more time alone.<\/p>\n

Smith even told him that they shared a special connection that he had never had with anyone else. There were other similar expressions indicating his closeness to the plaintiff, the documents stated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He also says that during the tour, he was given a hotel room that was booked by Smith and his team.<\/span><\/div>\n
