Critics argue the use of force was unnecessary, while supporters \u2014 including former President Donald Trump \u2014 claim Good tried to run over agents as she drove away, a version disputed by video and eyewitness accounts.<\/p>\n

Attention has turned to Ross\u2019s past, including a June 2025 incident<\/strong> in which he was dragged roughly 100 yards by a fleeing suspect\u2019s car<\/strong>, suffering severe injuries that required 33 stitches. Some officials, including J.D. Vance, have cited this incident as context for Ross\u2019s actions, though court records show his injuries were to his arms and hands, not his leg.<\/p>\n
