Losing a child is one of the greatest tragedies a parent can face. Actor Sylvester Stallone<\/span><\/span> experienced this heartbreaking loss when his first son, Sage Stallone<\/span><\/span>, died suddenly in 2012 at just 36 years old.<\/p>\n

Before the cause of death was known, many rumors circulated about drugs, alcohol, or suicide. However, investigations later revealed that Sage died from Atherosclerosis<\/span><\/span>, a hardening of the arteries that caused a heart attack. Toxicology reports found only small traces of prescribed pain medication, not an overdose.<\/p>\n

Two weeks before his death, Sage had undergone dental surgery to remove five teeth\u2014despite his mother, Sasha Czack<\/span><\/span>, urging him not to have multiple teeth removed at once.<\/p>\n

Sage, a filmmaker and actor who appeared with his father in Rocky V<\/span><\/span> and Daylight<\/span><\/span>, was remembered as creative, kind, and full of life.<\/p>\n
