A new NBC News poll shows <strong data-start=\"181\" data-end=\"224\">41% of respondents view Trump favorably<\/strong>, compared to <strong data-start=\"238\" data-end=\"285\">34% for former Vice President Kamala Harris<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"290\" data-end=\"330\">27% for California Gov. Gavin Newsom<\/strong>, both potential Democratic candidates for the 2028 presidential race.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"402\" data-end=\"610\">Harris has sparked speculation about another presidential run after reviving her social media and releasing a book about the 2024 election. She has not ruled out running again, saying she \u201cmight\u201d consider it.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"900\">Meanwhile, Harris has criticized Trump\u2019s foreign policy, accusing him of dragging the U.S. into conflicts abroad, including recent tensions involving Iran.
