A federal judge in New York has dismissed most of Blake Lively<\/span><\/span>\u2019s claims<\/strong> in her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Judge Lewis Liman<\/span><\/span> ruled on April 2, throwing out 10 of 13 claims<\/strong>, including sexual harassment and defamation. The harassment claims were dismissed due to jurisdiction issues, as the alleged incidents did not occur in California.<\/p>\n

However, 3 claims \u2014 breach of contract, retaliation, and aiding retaliation \u2014 will proceed to trial<\/strong>, which had been scheduled for May 18.<\/p>\n

The case began in 2024, when Lively accused Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios CEO Jamey Heath of inappropriate workplace behavior and a retaliatory smear campaign.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
