Actor Michael Patrick, known for Game of Thrones<\/em>, has died at 35, his wife Naomi shared. He had been battling Motor Neuron Disease, diagnosed on February 1, 2023, and was hospitalized 10 days before his passing. He died peacefully, surrounded by family and friends.<\/p>\n Naomi wrote on Instagram that Michael \u201clived a life as full as any human can live\u2026 joy, abundance of spirit, infectious laughter. A titan of a ginger-haired man.\u201d She added his favorite quote: \u201cThe most important things\u2026 are to get something to eat, something to drink, and somebody to love you.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Patrick studied acting at the University of Cambridge and Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. He performed with the Cambridge Footlights and the Royal Shakespeare Company, including roles in Measure for Measure<\/em> and The Taming of the Shrew<\/em>.<\/p>\n He appeared in Game of Thrones<\/em> (season six), Blue Lights<\/em>, This Town<\/em>, My Left Nut<\/em>, Blasts from the Past<\/em>, and The Spectacular<\/em>.
