Jacqueline Falk<\/span><\/span>, the adopted daughter of late Peter Falk<\/span><\/span>, has died at age 60. She was found dead at a residence in Los Angeles<\/span><\/span>, and authorities ruled her death a suicide, according to the local Medical Examiner\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

Jacqueline was one of two daughters adopted by Peter Falk and his first wife, Alyce Mayo<\/span><\/span>, during their marriage from 1960 to 1976. Both parents had already passed away\u2014Peter in 2011 after battling Alzheimer’s disease<\/span><\/span>, and Alyce in 2016.<\/p>\n

Her death adds another tragic chapter to the family connected to the beloved star of Columbo<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
