CBS is making a major change to its late-night lineup after The Late Show with Stephen Colbert<\/strong> ends its run, which began in 2015 after replacing David Letterman\u2019s long-running version of the show.<\/p>\n

The network announced that starting May 22, the 11:35 p.m. slot will be filled by Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen<\/strong>, a stand-up comedy panel series that originally launched in 2006. It will air in a two-hour block alongside another Allen-produced show, Funny You Should Ask<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

CBS confirmed the decision in April, with Colbert\u2019s final episode set for May 21, marking the end of the Late Show<\/em> franchise after more than 30 years. The network said the change was a financial decision, not related to performance or content.<\/p>\n
