In 2016, she and her husband began a health journey by cutting out fast food, soda, alcohol, and unhealthy habits, gradually replacing them with balanced meals, meal prep, and sustainable fitness routines.<\/p>\n

Through physical therapy and determination, Reed regained strength and mobility, embracing her scars as symbols of resilience rather than shame. In 2025, she celebrated a personal milestone by confidently sharing a swimsuit video, promoting self-love, body acceptance, and courage.<\/p>\n

Today, Reed works out regularly, follows a balanced high-protein lifestyle, and inspires others through social media, fitness challenges, and advocacy.
