Twenty-five years after The Fast and the Furious<\/span><\/span> changed action cinema, Vin Diesel<\/span><\/span> reunited with Meadow Walker<\/span><\/span> at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival<\/span><\/span> to celebrate the franchise\u2019s anniversary.<\/p>\n

Meadow, the daughter of late actor Paul Walker<\/span><\/span>, joined Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez<\/span><\/span>, and Jordana Brewster<\/span><\/span> for an emotional photo call and screening of the original 2001 film.<\/p>\n

Fans were touched by the warm bond between Vin and Meadow, who embraced on the red carpet. During the screening, Vin became emotional while speaking about Paul, recalling their close friendship and praising Meadow as \u201ca source of strength.\u201d He told her publicly that her father \u201cwould be so proud.\u201d<\/p>\n

Their relationship has remained strong since Paul Walker\u2019s death in 2013. Vin, who is Meadow\u2019s godfather, even walked her down the aisle at her 2021 wedding.<\/p>\n

The event also celebrated the future of the franchise, with Vin confirming the final film, \u201cFast Forever,\u201d is set for release in 2028.<\/p>\n
