Alice Hirson<\/span><\/span>, known for her roles in Full House<\/span><\/span>, Dallas<\/span><\/span>, and Ellen<\/span><\/span>, has died at the age of 95 from natural causes in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

Born in Brooklyn in 1929, Hirson built a television career that spanned decades. She appeared in 26 episodes of Dallas, played Claire Tanner on Full House, and portrayed Ellen DeGeneres\u2019 mother on Ellen during the actress\u2019s historic coming-out storyline in the 1990s.<\/p>\n

She also made guest appearances on popular shows including Murphy Brown<\/span><\/span> and Just Shoot Me!<\/span><\/span>, while starring in films such as Private Benjamin<\/span><\/span>, Revenge of the Nerds<\/span><\/span>, and Being There<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n
