In 2016, a camel in India reportedly killed its owner after being left tied in extreme desert heat for hours without water or shade. The incident happened in the Barmer district, where temperatures had risen above 109\u00b0F.<\/p>\n

Witnesses said the camel appeared distressed and aggressive before attacking its owner, Urjaram, when he finally came to untie it. The animal reportedly grabbed him by the neck, threw him to the ground, and fatally attacked him in front of shocked villagers. It took around 25 people and several hours to restrain the enraged camel.<\/p>\n

Locals claimed there had been ongoing tension between the owner and the animal. The tragedy sparked discussions about animal cruelty and the dangers of mistreating powerful animals like camels.<\/p>\n

Experts say camels are usually calm and loyal, but they can become violent when abused or pushed beyond their limits.
