American singer Jane Morgan, best known for her hit song \u201cFascination,\u201d has died peacefully at the age of 101 while in hospice care in Naples, Florida.<\/p>\n

Born Florence Catherine Currier on May 3, 1924, in Massachusetts, Morgan studied at Juilliard before beginning her career in Paris nightclubs during the late 1940s. Singing in both English and French, she became popular across Europe before finding major success in the United States.<\/p>\n

Her 1957 hit \u201cFascination\u201d made her an international star and led to appearances on famous TV shows like The Ed Sullivan Show<\/em> and The Dean Martin Show<\/em>. Known for her elegance and smooth voice, she also performed for U.S. presidents and at the Academy Awards.<\/p>\n

Morgan recorded many albums throughout her career and remained a beloved performer even after her chart success faded. She married producer Jerry Weintraub in 1965, and the couple stayed together until his death in 2015. After retiring, she lived a quiet life in Florida.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
