Nilsson had been on dialysis for more than four years and made the decision to stop treatment shortly before his death.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"797\">Originally trained for Olympic weightlifting, Nilsson moved into acting after relocating to Australia, where he was encouraged to try film work.
