Phil Collins breaks his silence about his health struggles after nearly 20 years of battling complications from a serious spinal injury.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The legendary musician revealed that he now requires 24-hour care<\/strong> to help manage his medications and ongoing health issues.<\/p>\n

Collins, who suffered nerve damage after a spinal injury in 2007, admitted that his body has been through years of challenges.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had everything that could go wrong with me, did go wrong with me,\u201d he shared.<\/p>\n

After multiple surgeries, including five knee operations, the former Genesis frontman now walks with assistance.<\/p>\n

His health struggles became even harder during Genesis\u2019 farewell tour, where his son Nic played drums while Phil performed as the singer.<\/p>\n

But behind the pain, Collins says he has found reasons to keep going.<\/p>\n

After years of struggling with alcohol and spending months in the hospital, he made a life-changing decision and celebrated two years of sobriety.<\/p>\n

Today, he says he is grateful for his children, his music career, and the incredible journey he has lived.<\/p>\n
