She went through chemotherapy, radiation, and a double mastectomy. While she was finishing treatment, Shatner found a lump on his cheek that was later diagnosed as <strong>Stage 4 malignant melanoma<\/strong> that had spread to his lungs and brain.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the diagnosis, Shatner stayed positive and continued working while receiving treatment. He also supported his daughter, helping with her medical bills and encouraging her through difficult moments.<\/p>\n<p>After years of treatment, both father and daughter were declared <strong>cancer-free in late 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At 95, Shatner says he feels healthier than ever and remains active.
