When her husband, Rick, tried to help her, he also fell and could not get back up. The couple remained under the hot sun until two men from a nearby apartment complex finally came to their aid.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Sadly, it was too late for Martha.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A devoted Christian, mother of seven, and passionate gardener, Martha was remembered by her husband as a loving and caring woman.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cShe died in one of her happy places, a flowerbed,\u201d Rick wrote. \u201cShe\u2019s celebrating with Jesus now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Rick is now warning others not to underestimate extreme heat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>\u201cThe heat will kill you. The sun is hot.
