My 11-month-old twins, Liam and Noah, had left me exhausted after months of barely sleeping. With my husband Mark traveling often and neither of us having family nearby, we finally hired Mrs. Higgins through a licensed agency.<\/p>\n
She seemed perfect. The boys adored her, and within days she knew our routine better than we did.<\/p>\n
