Three years ago, Ana Obreg\u00f3n welcomed Anita Sandra, a child conceived using her late son Aless Lequio\u2019s frozen sperm.<\/p>\n

Aless died from cancer at just 27, and Ana said having a child was his final wish. The decision sparked worldwide debate, with some criticizing her choice while others praised her for honoring her son.<\/p>\n

Now, three years after Anita\u2019s birth, Ana has shared an emotional birthday message.<\/p>\n

She said Anita brought light back into her life and reminded her of Aless, describing the little girl as \u201cgood, smart, sensitive\u201d and saying she shares her father\u2019s sense of humor.<\/p>\n
