Faced with devastating odds, Chelsea made the painful decision to remove Karson from life support. Doctors expected him to pass within 10 minutes.<\/p>\n
But then\u2014miraculously\u2014Karson began breathing on his own. His heart rate and oxygen levels stabilized. He was swallowing, showing reflexes, even opening his eyes.<\/p>\n
