Chandler Police have concluded their investigation into the drowning of three-year-old Trigg Kiser, son of TikTok influencer Emilie Kiser and her husband, Brady. They\u2019re recommending felony child abuse charges against Brady.<\/p>\n
Trigg was found unresponsive in the family\u2019s backyard pool in Chandler, Arizona, on May 12 while under Brady\u2019s care. He died in the hospital six days later. Emilie was out with friends at the time.<\/p>\n
According to police documents, Brady said Trigg had been playing in the backyard after lunch. Though he briefly saw him near the pool, Brady became distracted caring for baby Theodore and lost sight of Trigg for 3\u20135 minutes. He later found Trigg in the pool, called 911, and CPR was performed before hospital transport.<\/p>\n
On July 16, police announced they had submitted the case to the Maricopa County Attorney, recommending a Class 4 felony charge against Brady.<\/p>\n
