In what she calls a modern-day miracle, Kentucky mom Amanda Foster believes her unborn baby was touched by the \u201chand of God\u201d \u2014 and she says an ultrasound proves it.<\/p>\n
In April 2022, Foster shared a scan of her unborn son, Jay, announcing his kidneys were healthy and he was free of Potter syndrome \u2014 a rare, often fatal condition that took her first son, Xavier, at 20 weeks.<\/p>\n
Told it was unlikely she\u2019d have a healthy boy, Foster later had two daughters before welcoming Jay in August 2022.<\/p>\n
Now pregnant again with another boy, Kyler, doctors detected a serious heart defect early on. Before every ultrasound, Foster prayed for him, asking God to \u201ckeep His hand\u201d on her baby.<\/p>\n
At a recent scan, her daughter Bailey pointed out something striking in the image: what appeared to be a giant hand cradling Kyler\u2019s head. \u201cI burst into tears,\u201d Foster wrote. \u201cI couldn\u2019t imagine life without God.\u201d<\/p>\n
By June 20, she shared an update: at 36 weeks, Kyler was healthy, weighing over 7 pounds. For Foster, the image is more than a scan \u2014 it\u2019s a sign of healing after years of loss and faith tested.<\/p>\n
