But the next morning, she came to check up on him, and he was not there. The family searched the home and when they couldn\u2019t find him, they contacted the cops for assistance when they could not locate little Kache.<\/p>\n After looking outside the residence and finding nothing, the officers decided to take a good look inside the residence.<\/p>\n The Detectives later found the child inside the small toy chest in his bedroom. He was lifeless, and his cause of death was declared as positional asphyxiation as per the Utah Medical Examiner\u2019s Office.
