An Alabama father and his two daughters were found dead after their small plane crashed in Montana\u2019s remote Bob Marshall Wilderness, located in the Rocky Mountains south of Glacier National Park.<\/p>\n
According to the Powell County Sheriff\u2019s Office, the crash was reported around 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 17. Search efforts by Malmstrom Air Force Base crews continued through the night. The next morning, a Montana Department of Transportation aircraft located the wreckage in northern Powell County. All three occupants were pronounced dead at the scene. The FAA and NTSB are investigating the cause.<\/p>\n
Before the discovery, Monte Sano Baptist Church in Huntsville, Alabama, had asked for prayers for pilot Mark Anderson and his daughters, Lainey and Ellie, who went missing while flying to Polson, Montana. The church later confirmed their deaths, asking the community to continue praying for the Anderson family.<\/p>\n
