A statement from his office confirmed the cancer had spread to his bones but was hormone-sensitive, allowing for effective management.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"572\" data-end=\"664\">Earlier this week, Biden\u2019s team confirmed he was undergoing radiation and hormone therapy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"849\">In a new Instagram post, Ashley shared a video of her father ringing the bell at Penn Medicine Radiation Oncology in Philadelphia, marking the completion of his radiation treatment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"1030\">\u201cRung the Bell! Thank you to the incredible doctors, nurses, and staff at Penn Medicine. We are so grateful!\u201d she wrote, also praising her father\u2019s bravery throughout treatment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1153\">Biden previously said his prognosis was good, adding, \u201cWe\u2019re working on everything. It\u2019s moving along.
