Among the younger generation, however, are several Trumps still too young to make headlines\u2014at least for now.<\/p>\n
That changed briefly for one grandson, Spencer Trump, who recently turned 13. His father, Donald Trump Jr., marked the occasion with a 12-photo Instagram post, including several pictures of Spencer hunting.<\/p>\n
\u201cHappy birthday to the littlest of my little men,\u201d Don Jr. wrote. \u201cI love you so much. Can\u2019t wait to get back outdoors with you.\u201d<\/p>\n
While the post seemed harmless, critics online took issue with the images of Spencer holding rifles, calling it inappropriate and cruel toward animals. Supporters, meanwhile, defended the family\u2019s hunting tradition.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s not the first time Don Jr. has faced backlash for his passion for hunting\u2014he\u2019s previously been criticized for expensive and controversial trips abroad.<\/p>\n
