Donald Trump has responded after Mamdani’s surprise primary performance in New York’s mayoral race.
The incident unleashed harsh criticism of the 33-year-old assemblyman, calling him a 100% communist lunatic. Trump railed against his looks, voice, and intellectual capabilities, claiming he looks terrible and his voice keeps grating when he speaks. And if that was not enough, he called him out as someone who is not very smart.
Trump similarly attacked the broader symbolism of Mamdani’s rise, presenting it as an example of the Democratic Party’s shift towards the far left-hand side.
He singled out supporters such as AOC and Chuck Schumer, who are grovelling over him. The Trump administration is now exploring whether or not Mamdani might have lost the US citizenship in an improper manner. Accusations raised the same wave of criticism across the board.
Trump shared how his win might mean that less money would be given to New York because the more funds allocated to a communist, the more money wasted.
This is why he preferred disgraced former governor Cuomo over Mamdani, adding how any democrat would be better than a communist for him.
