Ella Bleu Travolta: A Star with Purpose
Ella Bleu Travolta, daughter of Hollywood icons John Travolta and the late Kelly Preston, is making her mark both in entertainment and in the wellness world through her commitment to veganism.
Born April 3, 2000, in California, Ella’s birth was a special family moment. Kelly once recalled how she and John delivered Ella together, calling it unforgettable. Ella later became a proud big sister to Benjamin, born in 2011, after the tragic passing of her older brother, Jett.
From a young age, Ella loved performing, often putting on home shows for family and friends. At nine, she made her film debut alongside her parents and Robin Williams in Old Dogs, later reuniting with her father in The Poison Rose. Today, she’s built an impressive résumé spanning acting, modeling, and music.
In 2022, inspired by a close friend, Ella adopted a vegan lifestyle for ethical and health reasons. After two weeks, she felt so energized she never looked back. Watching documentaries deepened her understanding of the environmental impact of plant-based living. “It’s been a game-changer in how I feel,” she said.
Her favorite breakfast? Toast with peanut butter, agave, and pumpkin spice. Though her father John hasn’t gone vegan, Ella doesn’t push others—she simply shares the benefits she’s experienced.
Ella also loves baking. In 2023, she launched her Instagram page ellableubakes, showcasing vegan recipes and cafes worldwide. Her vegan take on Tom Cruise’s famous coconut bundt cake even won rave reviews from her dad and brother. Her specialty? Vegan banana bread with a side of morning matcha.
Growing up in the spotlight wasn’t always easy—Ella faced harsh online criticism about her looks as a teen. Yet today, she radiates confidence and health, crediting her plant-based lifestyle and self-acceptance.
After losing her mother to breast cancer in 2020, Ella found strength in her close bond with her father. The two frequently travel together and recently attended the Pulp Fiction 30th anniversary celebration in Los Angeles.
Ella Bleu Travolta is showing that veganism isn’t just a diet—it’s a lifestyle rooted in compassion, wellness, and purpose.
