A recent interview with Variety Magazine saw actress Sydney Sweeney shared how she was facing harsh criticism and demeaning feedback when she started off her career in the past.
This particularly had to do with her appearance. At just 16 years old, she mentioned how a casting director let her know that she had to fix her face or else she would not be able to make it in the industry.
She also suggested getting Botox done, adding that she had the strongest eyebrow muscles.
She also described audition moments where the casting director was literally indifferent, a moment she recalled as reading her lines while the director munched on a huge bag of chips, barely giving her any kind of attention.
Due to such experiences, she mentioned how she did get ignored a lot of the time of dismissed due to her looks, instead of talent and preparation.
Now, in her late 20s, the same star is being adored for her beauty and talent. She added how she’s never had any kind of cosmetic enhancements done and she’s so terrified of needles and wishes to age in a graceful manner.
