Tragic reports have confirmed an Indian fighter jet has crashed while performing a display at an airshow in Dubai, officials stated.
The Indian Air Force mentioned in a statement: ‘IAF deeply regrets the loss of a life and stands firmly with the bereaved family in this moment of grief.’

A court inquiry is being constituted right now to determine what the cause of this accident could be. The aircraft was identified as Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd’s Teja jet that crashed at 14:10 local time, as per the Associated Press.
The incident arose at the Dubai Airshow’s final day, leaving spectators horrified as huge plumes of smoke could be seen from a distance, and a giant fireball explosion was heard from afar.

Rescue operations started immediately, and the show was temporarily halted. Visitors were directed back into the exhibition area after the commotion arose.
The Dubai Airshow is said to be one of the biggest in the world. This year, it began on November 17 and will run until November 24. More than 1500 exhibitors have gathered together for this showcase of all things aviation.
