Mom, 6-year-old twins shot dead in $760K mansion amid bitter divorce battle with doctor husband

Posted on December 11, 2025 By admin

40-year-old Charity Beallis and her two young kids were reportedly found dead inside their residence in Bonanza, Arkansas.

Police spoke more about how their remains were located after replying to a welfare check called in that morning. All three of the victims appeared to have suffered gunshot wounds.

The shocking discovery arose just a day after Beallis and her partner attended their final divorce hearing. Earlier in 2025, Randall was arrested for choking his wife in front of the kids, and he also pleaded guilty to third-degree domestic battery in October and received a suspended sentence.

As part of this divorce settlement, he was given joint custody of his twins, which was a ruling that intensified Charity’s fears for their safety.

In the aftermath of this shocking tragedy, the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office rolled out a thorough investigation. Authorities carried out several search warrants and are now a part of a growing number of tips while awaiting autopsy results from the state crime lab. So far, no suspect has been publicly named.

Relatives have shared massive grief and frustration over this matter. The father described this loss as a heartbreaking one. And the eldest son mentioned how his mother had fought tooth and nail for safety for herself and the kids. Members of her family and other supporters are now calling out for accountability.
