Billy Ray Cyrus is opening up about a lawsuit that was shared by a woman who claims she’s the biological mother of his daughter, Miley Cyrus.
He slammed her claims as baseless and absurd, and beyond false. The woman named Jayme Lee shared that she allegedly gave birth to Miley at the age of 12 in the lawsuit that stemmed from May of this year. She mentioned how she entered into a private adoption agreement with Billy Ray and Miley’s mom, Tish Cyrus.
This caused her severe emotional distress when Ray mentioned more about allegedly misrepresenting a story of alleged adoption.
The woman further goes on to mention that Billy Ray and Tish breached a contract, committed fraud, and misrepresentation with internal infliction of severe emotional distress and unlawful interference with parental rights.
As per the outlet, Lee also shared more about Billy Ray and Tish cutting off all kinds of contact with her and even threatening her with action from the police. This was right after Miley was born in her amended filing from June.
Billy Ray filed a motion to dismiss all of Lee’s claims and even accused Lee of filing this case for the purpose of harassing him and his family.
He similarly has confirmed filing a reply that opposes Lee’s amended complaint and mentioned how he had only recently become aware of such a case.
