Will Smith was accused of sexual harassment by Brian King Joseph in a shocking new lawsuit that was filed in Los Angeles, just before the new year.
Joseph, who happens to be a professional violinist, alleged that Smith was deliberately grooming and priming Mr. Joseph for further sexual exploitation.
After his first performance with Smith in December of 2024, the singer allegedly hired him to join his Based on a True Story Tour.
The violinist says that their relationship grew even closer after Smith offered him a chance to play on several tracks of the rapper’s new and upcoming album.
The duo was believed to have gotten closer and even started to spend more time alone.
Smith even told him that they shared a special connection that he had never had with anyone else. There were other similar expressions indicating his closeness to the plaintiff, the documents stated.
And no individuals besides the crew and hotel staff would have had access to his personal room.
