A cheating husband was recently charged with gunning down his wife as their kid frantically called 911.
The news comes just days after the mother of four kicked him out of their residence and hit him with a restraining order.
47-year-old Cecil Mains is accused of murdering his 44-year-old wife, Jerri Mains, in front of terrified children who were all aged 19 and below. The incident took place at their residence in Indianapolis.
Dispatchers received several 911 calls from the pair’s children as the violence began to unfold recently. The 10-year-old daughter begged for help, yelling and crying. ‘My dad is shooting my mom, I am hiding’- she yelled before pleading for help. She also mentioned how she heard gunshots being fired and added that she cannot live without her mother.
‘My dad just shot my mother twice, he shot her in the house and in the driveway’- the couple’s eldest daughter cried in another 911 call.
The slain victim later passed away in the hospital after being shot twice in the chest according to the cops.
