Shocking reports have confirmed that the manager of the Swiss resort bar has allegedly fled with the night’s cash as patrons desperately made efforts to try and escape the massive inferno, which left dozens injured and more than 40 dead.
Now, both owners are accused of destroying evidence in the aftermath of the tragedy.
Jessica Moretti is accused of abandoning the terrified partygoers as flames engulfed the entire Le Constellation ski resort and bar. Moreover, witnesses also spoke about how they saw him carrying the entire cash register with him while making a swift exit.
Both individuals are French nationals who have co-owned this swanky nightclub since the year 2015.
More questions are raised on the authorities’ part as there was no inspection carried out to assess the safety of the club in recent times.
