If you enjoy teasing your brain with optical illusions, I salute you. I’ve never been good at them—when I was six, my grandma gave me a puzzle book, and it stayed on the shelf for years because I couldn’t solve most of it.
Still, brain teasers are hugely popular online. People love testing their ability to spot hidden details in pictures. That’s why I wanted to share this challenge I recently found.
In the image known as the “National Leaders Tree,” the goal is to count how many faces you can see. The two at the bottom are obvious, but several more are hidden within the tree. Apparently, the number you find can say something about your memory.
Here’s what your result might mean:
-
2–4 faces: You may struggle with memory or observation.
-
5–6 faces: Decent, but it could suggest risk of memory issues.
-
7–8 faces: Your memory is average—keep training your brain.
-
9 or more faces: Excellent memory and strong facial recognition skills.
How many can you find?
