Henry Winkler, 80, is not only a Hollywood legend but also a proud grandfather who says grandparenting is “completely different” from raising children—though just as emotional and meaningful.
Married to Stacey Weitzman since 1978, Henry has built a strong family with their children Max and Zoe, plus Stacey’s son Jed. Today, the couple enjoys life with seven grandchildren, including a newest addition born in 2024.
He often says each grandchild is unique and must be treated differently, but he still keeps simple house rules: no yelling when a baby is sleeping, kids manage their guests, and everyone clears their dishes—no matter their age.
Photos show a close, joyful family, with the grandchildren sharing warm moments with Henry, including outings, holidays, and everyday play. Some of his grandkids have distinctive red hair and freckles, and he frequently spends time with them both in person and online.
Henry has embraced modern bonding too, appearing in TikTok dance videos with them and even making playful fruit-themed songs for FaceTime calls with his youngest granddaughter.
Despite his fame, he says his greatest happiness comes from family life, where laughter, routine, and simple moments mean everything.
