Jacqueline Falk, the adopted daughter of late Peter Falk, has died at age 60. She was found dead at a residence in Los Angeles, and authorities ruled her death a suicide, according to the local Medical Examiner’s Office.
Jacqueline was one of two daughters adopted by Peter Falk and his first wife, Alyce Mayo, during their marriage from 1960 to 1976. Both parents had already passed away—Peter in 2011 after battling Alzheimer’s disease, and Alyce in 2016.
Her death adds another tragic chapter to the family connected to the beloved star of Columbo.
