In 2010, April Webster and Nathan Fishbourne became the UK’s youngest parents after having their son Jamie at just 14 years old. Their story shocked the public and made headlines across the country.
The couple met at school in South Wales, and April became pregnant at 13. After the initial shock, both families supported them as they adjusted to parenthood. Jamie was born in November 2010 through a cesarean section and faced early health complications, but recovered after surgery.
Although April and Nathan hoped to raise Jamie together, their relationship eventually ended, and by 2014 April confirmed they were no longer in contact. She focused on raising Jamie with support from her family.
Today, both have moved on and built happy lives. April, now known as April Lianna, is a mother of three and in a new relationship with Jake Jones. Nathan is also engaged and has started a family of his own. Despite the challenges of teen parenthood, both appear to be thriving and staying involved in Jamie’s life.
