Pizza Hut is bringing back its classic retro style, and customers are loving it. Tim Sparks, president of Daland Corporation, is renovating nearly 100 modern Pizza Hut locations to look like the original restaurants from decades ago.
The restored locations feature the iconic red roofs, vinyl booths, Pac-Man games, Tiffany-style lamps, retro salad bars, and even the famous red plastic cups.
Sparks says families are traveling hours to visit the nostalgic restaurants, enjoying a place where people put their phones down and actually talk together.
Customers online have praised the retro comeback, with many saying it brings back memories of family dinners and hoping Pizza Hut also returns to its original pizza recipes and flavors.
