Australian TV host Ally Langdon became emotional while interviewing the parents of 13-year-old Esra Haynes, who died after trying the dangerous social media trend known as “chroming.” Esra inhaled aerosol deodorant during a sleepover, suffered cardiac arrest, and after eight days on life support, her family made the heartbreaking decision to let her go.
Her parents described Esra as talented, energetic, and full of life, saying their family has been left “broken” by the tragedy. Now, they are speaking out to warn other parents about the deadly dangers of chroming, hoping no other family experiences the same pain.
