Netflix has announced that Emily in Paris will end after its upcoming sixth season. Filming for the final season has already begun in Greece, with Lily Collins returning as Emily Cooper.
The hit series, created by Darren Star, premiered in 2020 and became known for its fashion, romance and Parisian setting. Collins shared an emotional message thanking fans and promising a “fantastic farewell season.”
The announcement video also featured several cast members, including Ashley Park and Lucas Bravo.
Collins, daughter of musician Phil Collins, is also known for films like The Blind Side and Mirror Mirror. She married filmmaker Charlie McDowell in 2021, and the couple welcomed their daughter, Tove Jane McDowell, via surrogate in January 2025.
