Patrick Muldoon has died at the age of 57. The actor, best known for Days of Our Lives, Melrose Place, and Starship Troopers, reportedly died suddenly on April 19 from a heart attack, according to his death certificate. Pulmonary embolism and a hereditary blood-clotting condition were also listed as contributing factors.
Muldoon was found unconscious in the bathroom of his Beverly Hills home after his girlfriend became concerned when he was taking longer than usual in the shower. Paramedics attempted to revive him but were unable to save him.
