Dylan and Cole Sprouse, the identical twins who stole hearts in Big Daddy nearly 25 years ago, are all grown up. Now 30, the brothers aren’t as inseparable as they once were, but they remain close.
Born in 1992, Dylan and Cole started acting at 8 months old, often sharing roles due to child labor laws. Their early breakout came as Patrick Kelly on Grace Under Fire (1993–1998), followed by a star turn as Adam Sandler’s adopted son in Big Daddy (1999).
Cole later landed a solo role on Friends as Ben, Ross Gellar’s son. He recalled being starstruck by Jennifer Aniston and even forgetting lines when she was nearby.
In 2002, the twins reunited for Master of Disguise before landing their biggest shared role as Zack and Cody in Disney’s The Suite Life series. Teen heartthrobs at the time, both later enrolled at NYU—Dylan studying video game design, Cole focusing on archaeology and humanities.
After graduating in 2015, they pursued individual careers. Cole stars as Jughead on Riverdale and is dating model Ari Fournier. Dylan is engaged to model Barbara Palvin, voices video game characters, and co-founded All-Wise Meadery.
While they’ve gone their separate ways professionally, Dylan hasn’t ruled out working together again—on the right project. “Twin movies are never good,” he joked in 2020, “so we’d have to write it ourselves.”
