Prince Harry has often honored his late mother, Princess Diana, keeping her memory alive with Meghan Markle and their children. In his memoir Spare, Harry recalled visiting Diana’s grave with Meghan for the first time, where he privately spoke to his mother while Meghan knelt and prayed for “clarity and guidance.”
Although Meghan never met Diana, royal author Tom Bower claims she saw herself as “the new Diana” after the couple’s successful Australia tour and was frustrated by her lower position behind Catherine in the royal hierarchy.
