Prince Harry Breaks Silence on Meghan Markle Divorce Rumors

Rumors about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s marriage have been circulating for months, fueled by their separate appearances, solo projects, and time spent apart professionally.

Speculation grew after Harry made several solo trips while Meghan focused on her own projects. Their Spotify deal ending in 2023 and Meghan’s partnership with WME also led to claims that the couple were pursuing separate paths.

The rumors resurfaced when Harry appeared at the 2024 New York Times DealBook Summit without Meghan.

Journalist Andrew Ross Sorkin asked Harry about the media’s fascination with their separate appearances and why they weren’t together.

Harry responded with humor:

“Because you invited me.”

He then directly addressed the divorce rumors, saying reports had claimed they had moved or bought homes “10 or 12 times” and had supposedly divorced just as many times.

“So, it’s just like, ‘what?’ It’s hard to keep up,” Harry joked.

But he also acknowledged the darker side of constant media speculation, explaining that growing up surrounded by inaccurate stories taught him how dangerous misinformation can become.

His comments offered a clear response to the divorce rumors, suggesting that despite their separate professional projects, he and Meghan remain together and focused on their family.
